<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Vestland Canoe Rental is located in the heart of the scenic Fjorda area in Hadeland. Fjorda consists of several small and large lakes connected by straits and natural channels. This is one of the most popular areas in Eastern Norway for canoeing. Vestland Canoe Rental is situated at the northern end of Saltbufjorden. Saltbufjorden lies in the middle of Fjorda and has been the most popular area in Fjorda since the early 1970s. Canoe rentals began at Vestland in 1995. In addition to canoes and rowboats, we also have a small kiosk selling ice cream, soft drinks, and some fishing gear.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We also have two cabins for rent. The cabins are of simple standard, with electricity, no running water, and an outhouse. The small cabin includes one canoe, and the larger cabin includes two canoes. If you're interested in renting or want more information, call 90101071.</p>

<li><strong>Lessor</strong>: Vestland Canoe Rental AS, Org nr. 820351002 MVA, Tel: +47 90 10 10 71.</li>
<li><strong>Delivery of rental items:</strong> Items are handed out by one of Vestland Canoe Rental representatives at site. Includes canoe/boat/sup/packraft with accessories and approved life jacket/buoyancy aid. If the renter uses their own vest, it must be approved. Any complaints must be made at the start of the rental period.</li>
<li><strong>Return:</strong> Rental items are to be returned to the rental location. Paddles and vests should be placed in the canoe. Inform us of the return.</li>
<li><strong>Booking, payment, and VAT:</strong> An order confirmation is sent by email after booking. Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard. All prices include VAT.</li>
<li><strong>Cancellation and refund policy:</strong> In case of no-show, the full amount is retained. Cancellations later than 48 hours before arrival are refunded 50% of the amount. Cancellations before 48 hours give a 90% refund. The &ldquo;Angrerettloven&raquo; does not apply to services related to leisure activities when a specific time period is stipulated in the contract.</li>
<li><strong>Usage:</strong> Rental objects should only be used as canoes/boats and not overloaded (boat max 360 kg, canoe max 350 kg). Do not sit or step on&nbsp; the crossbars. Life jackets must be worn and fastened correctly.</li>
<li><strong>Liability:</strong> The renter is legally responsible for the canoe/boat and equipment. Loss/damage is compensated except for normal wear and tear. The renter must be over 18 years old. The group must be informed about the agreement. No personal injury insurance included; own insurance is recommended. The lessor is not responsible for damage to persons/property.</li>
<li><strong>Special provisions:</strong> <span style="color: #ff0000;">Cutting/damaging trees is prohibited. Do not burn garbage, bring all garbage back with you.</span></li>
<li><strong>Jurisdiction:</strong> Disputes are handled in the lessor's jurisdiction.</li>
<li><strong>Changes to the agreement:</strong> Terms may be changed at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days before coming into effect on the website. Use of the service after changes means acceptance.</li>
